A polar bear wanders around Churchill
This has been a very busy week! One of my teachers put me in contact with someone at BOCES. Through this contact, my invitation to visit classrooms and discuss my Arctic Adventure was distributed. In one week, I received SEVEN invitations from middle and elementary school in Webster, Spencerport and Rush-Henrietta. Wow – I’m pretty excited about this opportunity to share what I’ve learned, help the polar bears, and the environment.
Enjoy a safe holiday season and start to think about how you can make an environmental difference in 2009!
See you later!

Rachel-
I hope you don’t mind, but I passed your name and blog along to a couple of teachers from West Irondequoit. What an amazing opportunity for you…I am sure that the students will be so excited to learn more about it!
